Wednesday
It's 6.15 pm.....
Yes for once I get to drive back after work seeing the sun....No OT for me today!!!!! Yahoo.....My eyes are really bad now....Black patches below my eyes, just like a panda.
Last night came back home and this was what I saw.
The Christmas tree is Up!!!!!!!!
But I don't really like this years christmas theme in my house. It's a tropical christmas theme done by the Management of the House (my mum)...... :( I like the old fashion type of christmas deco......but she's making it all so tropical. Sigh....Well the deco's still not finish yet. House is still in a mess from the tornado hit. So far I can only see the tree.

The weekend
Friday night…..
Worked until 8 pm. I tell you I’m a real walking zombie whole of last week. My body’s still adjusting to getting up erly and working until 9 pm at night. Non stop for 5 days. Headed for choir practice at pm. Was relieve that work’s over….but had to come back the next morning to finish up my work.
How’s work…well I think I’m stressed out. I’m still struggling with it. At times I feel, why oh why did I take up this position. I’ve still got a lot to learn and currently now…everything’s messy on my side. I get scared sometimes that all my parts having shortages. Am I causing any line down? I hope not. I know there’s some colleagues who are getting abit impatient but hey….what can you say to a two weeks old girl…plus the person whom I’m taking over has left just on my first week. So I’m lost with past history work and blah blah….know the funny thing….every time I talk to boo on the phone I start to tear…but have to control myself. I don’t know why. It’s like I get so stressed that I just want boo here but he can’t be here…so sniff sniff I go. Even when my boss starts talking to me…I get all tensed up and start controlling my tears. I think that’s pure stress. I hope no one there realizes that I’m about to burst out in tears. Hate that feeling when you have to control your tears. In the end your throat gets so pain and you end up having a heavy head…hahahah through experience. So that’s work so far….it’s total kelam kabut-ness for now.
So Sat….woke up at 6.15 am. Boo fetched and dropped me at work Swiped my card at 7 am. So I’ve got until 11 am to finish my work in order to claim for OT. Everything was going well until the very last minute my boss calls me and tells me to do this and that. I look at my watch it’s 10.50 am. I’m leaving in 10 mins time. So fine, rushed and headed out from the office at 11.15 am without finishing my work…..why? cos I have a movie to catch at 12.30 pm…HARRY POTTER it is. Yeap took my Grandma and Dad for the movie and of cos boo also….bough two couple seats. Dad and Grandma was excited. The movie was ok…….didn’t feel that satisfied with it. Don’t know why…..perhaps I wanted more. There was a sad part when someone died. Had to control my tears again…hehehehe. But I guess the show continues as Lord Voltdemore (spelling!) has resurrected!!!!!!!
So after the movie headed back home for some short ZZzzzZZzz. Woke up at 6 and got ready. Was in the mood to dress. Was feeling all energetic cos could finally spend time with my boo. Wore my mini skirt which I couldn't fit in last time. Boy do i love losing weight.

We headed to Francis for dinner. This is what I had. 
That's fish wrapped with salami. He had put some minced chicken, peas and tomatoes under the salami coated cheese. Taste was ok. This was served with pumpkin soup which was nice.
Boo on the other hand has his ever favourite Chicken Chop and garlic bread....but after eating it he said....aiya, forgot about his Chicken Shnitzel. But whatever it is...it's always satisfying to eat there for me...but sadly he'll be moving somewhere else end of this month...where he hasn't decided yet.
After dinner Boo brought me to metrojaya to have a look at the Christmas Deco…Wow it was nice for Penang Standard. Manage to take a few outside shots of the Christmas tree. The theme’s purple in colour. The area where they sold all the deco stuffs was nicely decorated. But I would say it did make the place abit cramped up. They had two beutifull chirstmas trees there. One of it is white and the other is gold. Really beautiful.

After that we headed back to Boo’s place to watch some movie. But halfway through, I slept on the sofa. Was so tired. Poor Boo had to watch the movie while I was sleeping.

I was supposed 2 update this like 2 weeks ago. I think. But than again, was a little bit BZ.
I think this is the 2nd best BBQ ever by the beach so far which I can say it was perfect. The 1st one which was few years back was marvelous. We made a big huge camp fire and also we brought 2 big BBQ Pit. And there was like 30 friends who was there.
So, just imagine, the big crowd and of course lots & lots of food. But for a small group on that night, well, it was worth a BBQ.
The food was nice thanks 2 Cher’s for marinating the chicken. There was lotsa snacks, sausages, breast meat marinated with honey, and lots more. There was beer, soft drinks and of course the mineral water.
Even though mother nature was playing around with rain (drizzling on and off), thunder, and of course the strong which made us all have 2 pack our stuff somewhere around 10pm ++. And in the end, there was no rain. Aiyaa..
P/S : Cher, ur BBQ party is still always be the best for me :o)

Weekend oh weekend! How you wish that there was 4 days weekend and 3 days work? How I really wish.
So what we did weekend? Friday was a relax night. Choir practice as usual. After choir went 2 fetch Cher from her house. Was thinking 2 watch Dragon Squad, but than Cher need 2 work the next following day and I need to go for my appointment at Glean Eagles hospital. So, we went 2 Gurney, bought the ticket for the Sat 12:20 midnight movie (Dragon Squad).
After Gurney Mall, went to McDonald Green Lane for late dinner. Was supposed to have dinner with my buddy Julian with some friends but than again, I lupa about the appointment with them.. Hehehehe..
Saturday, I was at the hospital from 7:30am – 1pm. Man oh man. That was like the longest ever i was inside a hospital. Cant even eat since I need 2 do fasting. Took my 1st blood test at 8:00am. I was the 2nd person to be called. Next they ask me 2 see them again at 10:20am for my next blood test. After that, went 2 see another Dr. After all the test and explanation from the Dr, I have 2 see my family Dr again, at 12:30pm. Just imagine, running up and down in one place.
After all the checking, went for a very big lunch. The place I went was somewhere around Little India. It’s a run down kopitiam. But don’t look down at the shop, the place is always full with people.
I went there for their “Drunken Chicken Wantan Mee”. Yummy!! I tell you, no one can challenge this aunty Wantan Mee. Not just one type, but there was more than 10 types of Wantan Mee 2 choose from. Her “Prawn Dumpling” and also her “Chicken Feet” is a must 2 try.
Went back home and had my ZzZzZzZz….
Evening, spent most of the time with Cher. Since I owe her a lot for not spending precious time during the day. Went 2 church and attend evening mass. Dinner and lepak at her house. Untill 11:30pm since movie only starts at 12:20 midninght.
Sunday, was ok. Choir practice, had lunch, went for a fast shopping for her utensils stuff. And went back home and ZzZzZzZz.

One Week Old
Can't believe the weekends over. Had quite a good weekend with my boo. Last night we went to watch a Chinese movie called Dragon Squad. I was abit confused with the various scenes plus.....all the actors all looked the same. Couldn't differentiate the good and bad...why I think cos they all had about the same chinese features. Hahahha....
How's work? Well I've made RM 100 on OT for just two days, Friday evening and Sat morning. It's nice on the money but tiring working for so long hours. Today after church and choir practise, boo and me headed over to Sunshine Square for lunch and to buy stationary and food for the office. Why buy stationary? Well I can only get my stationary supply in Jan..yeap my office only opens the stationary orders every quarter. So being in now NOV I'm not entitled for stationary YET. So nevermind, no choice. Bought myself red, black and blue pen, a mechanical pencil, long and short ruler, highlighter, Liquid paper scribble book and mmmm....tat's bout it. Then bought food to stock up in the office..such as soya bean drink (powder), Coffee 3 in 1, and Vegetable to cook for my lunch. I'm not going to eat the canteen food again...well not again but I'm going to try and avoid it.
Guess what....in just one week I lost 1 KG!!!! Hahhaahha So happy. Guessed the canteen food really put me off...but last week was kinda bad cos in the afternoon I got so hungry till I had a starvation headache. Hate when that happends.
Gym this weekend got screwed up. Sat was too tired to go the same goes for today. Prefered to sleep away on my bed. I think I lack of sleep now. Having dark rings around my eyes. So UGLY!!!!
Know what, my favourite western food place, Francis...he's closing down and planning to move elsewhere. So I've got until end of this month to enjoy his food. He got offered to open up at Crystal point but he has to spend alot on renovation. Then he also got offered to go to Singapore (his hometown) but if he does his children will have to change school...so now he's actually trying to find a place in Pulau Tikus. I think that's the best place for him. People there are more exposed to western food rather than where he is right now. Well just hope he'll keep me updated to where he ends up...if not I'll have to do finder's keepers again to find him.
Alright then....It's time to sleep now. Have a few photos to post but my home PC's so slow...aarrgghhh....Next time then.

What a Day
I'm back to blog for awhile. It's been about a week of no blogging from me...Who am I??? Cher here....
My third day at work now...Everythings ok except for the canteen food which I'm really trying to adapt too..It's really horrible!!!! I just wonder how they can eat it for days, months and even years...First day I had Fried Chicken with horrible kangkung and tasteless long beans. Second Day I saw some nice looking fried fish....but oh my gosh it was horrible in taste....tasted so fishy....bleurgh. Had the fish with tasteless long beans and a papaya. Today, thought I'd try the curry chicken....once again was put off...It tasted horrible and when I dug into the meat it was red in colour, either not fresh or not cooked. Put it aside and just ate my tasteless long beans again. Sigh.....for those who are working in Hell.....The food there is 100 times better than here man!!!
And so back to my day, had a very stressfull day. Started off ok. Then I got my period in the office. Fine nvm I brought ONE pad. Lunch, sitting down with my colleagues like a dumb bored person. They were all speaking in Mandarin. Then at 4 I had to make my way to the other factory plant. Thought of taking the shuttle provided but I found out that I may miss the shuttle to go back. So I had to ask boo to be my driver...felt kinda bad as he had to just drive me to the other plant, and fetch me back to the other plant 2 hours later. After the so called training I had at the other plant, the HR brought us to get my special ESD shoes and my smock. Damn was she bloody slow. Really got me so irritated. But that wasn't it...when I got up from the chair...my whole butt was wet.....I overflowed my diaper!!!!!!!!!!! Thank goodness I was wearing black...so no one could see my stain. But felt really uncomfortable. Had boo bring me another pad...but I would still stain the chair later.....so at 5.30...I finally decided not to go back to my office to do overtime (which I was suppose too). Called my superior so many time to tell her of my embarassing situation. I dunno if she got my but she just sounded normal to it...didn't even laugh or at least say something. Just hope she doesn't think of it as an excuse to escape from OT.
Then during dinner, my boo was telling me about an email he sent to Ahma Dugong. It was her birthday yesterday and I totally forgot about it. I all the while was thinking it is on the 18 Nov. Damn...I am really blur. Rosie....guess I finally mixed up your birthdate this year....long time ago as I remember when I first met Rosie, I took quite sometime to remember her birthdate. Yes, I'm one of those people who can't really remember birthdays eekkkkk....
To end it, I have the priest in my house now...talking to my parents. Mum was going to attend a zone mass/meeting when she got her nonsense. They had to drop her back...and after awhile the priest called her up to see if she was alright and said he'll come over to bless her. And so he's here.....but I got bored and am upstairs updating my blog...they talking about church history, celebesy (SPELLING), discipline of children yaddda yadda......yawn.
So tat's about it for now......I've actually got alot to blog about but...ahhhh no time to get my butt down in front of the home PC....

So with much discussion we ended up at Parkroyal's Tamarind Brasserie for the Arabian Night Buffet Dinner. Food was so so.

So with much discussion we ended up at Parkroyal's Tamarind Brasserie for the Arabian Night Buffet Dinner. Food was so so.
This is the what was served as appetiser. I liked the way how they decorated the food. The chef's must have had a fine time arranging the food. Let's see what was in this picture, (from left to right) Tofu, Chicken and Ham salad, Sashimi, some meat wrapped with Lotus Leaf, Pork slices with Sugee, and Pickled vegetable
Continuation of the appetiser. Check out the egg shells. This I liked the most from the appetiser place. It's Egg Mayo inside the cute lil egg shells. The far right side is a japanese udon noodle.
This is the dessert section from one angle. They had caramels, blueberry tarts, cakes, jelly, Mango Moose, Ice cream and some Arabian desserts such as (Idli lookalike) and the assorted Cheese Platter.
This is the grilling section. You can choose your meats (beef, lamb, chicken, fish, crab, prawns) and vegetable for the chefs to cook. Then at the far end there's Char Koay Teow. Besides these, there's lasagne, Tandoori chicken with Naan Bread and fried chicken wings with Chips. There was another section of food, but I didn't take a shot. It was basically food in the "containers?" like Fish curry, Nasi Bryani, Chicken curry etc together with Tomato Soup and Lentil Soup. The food there basically looked nice...but somehow when you eat it, there's not much taste to it. It's abit tasteless. Abit dissapointing, but it didn't stop us from eating.
This is what I took for my third helping. Right side is the Tandoori chicken with Naan Bread together with potato and yogurt sauce. Then on the plate I took Mutton, Stuffed Potato, Sushi rice with quales egg, Pork slices with Sugee and stuffed meat wrapped in lotus leaf.
That's me with my first helping of dessert. Skirt at this moment was going to burst.....
That's boo with his cooked meats and vegetable. I was surprised when he took that plate with vegetable. He enjoyed the Vegetable cos they cooked it for him.
All in all....you may think...Arabian Night Theme...what's with the western food, appetisers and dessert...hahhaha I too myself was thinking...the food served doesn't match the theme. Plus they had a three band performing singing oldies....which once again....shouldn't there be some belly dancers around???
But we both enjoyed ourselves. We had the band sing at our table a song by Elvis Prestley. Waiters and Waitresses there served us very well. Guess cos there weren't many people dining that day. So it's a thumb up for that.
