“Poh Piah” Skin

Have you ever seen how the do the poh piah skin?

Poh Piah skin is a paper-thin wrapping for spring rolls. This shop is many years old which is a family business of Mr Lim Kim Hoe who has kept the trade in the family for 3 generations. The shop is located along Chowrasta Road. You will see them making the skins just outside the shop. It’s so cool seeing how they twist and balance the dough with their hand.
