Yes my mum has finally created her own blog thanks to my dad who created it and now manages it. So far there is only 2 post up. But more to come soon once he gets my mum to write up stories to post.

To those who have not read my previous post about my mum, Esther Reutens, she is an artist. Her style of paintings are usually abstract. She seldom draws real life pictures as she finds no thrill because she is restricted to follow exactly how the picture looks like. So far she has had a number of exhibitions after her first solo exhibition back in June 3rd 2007 which was tittled Eclectic Mindscape. The exhibition was a success as she managed to sell a number of paintings.

In her latest exhibition at A2 Gallery it was something totally different to what she paints as she participated in a nude painting exhibition. She had 3 paintings exhibited and one of it was sold to a retired British couple. The name of the painting was 'Violet' - this was my mum's favourite.
